The overall handling is pretty good. I haven't unlocked many cars yet, so I'm curious to see the differences. I'm sure it'll be fun. One thing to note is that drifting causes a lot of loss of speed, so although it looks cool, it's probably not the best idea to drift around during races.

 

That's the thing about this game, it's fun. And it looks pretty good, too. They have nailed the "underground street racing" vibe to perfection, IMO. Personally, I am at an age where in general, I feel I'm past the hip-hop, street-style stuff, that I was into, in my teens. This game brings it all back and I'm having fun with it.

 

In NFS terms, the overall feel of the game is kinda like Underground 2.

On a completely different note: YT struck the video with copyright claims for some of the songs.  Will mute the sections. Until then, the video is unavailable. Sadly.

 

Wish there was an option like in FIFA to have a live stream mode, which disables all songs which have a copyright. Or, future streams will have to have the songs muted.

Yeah , I played few hours to take a break from GoW. You are on point abt drift, it takes out a lot of momentum, so much so that drift is not worthwhile. It does look decent even on XSS.

Bought it for PS5. Looks decent and gameplay is good although the story is terrible. There are limited number of restarts which is fine but confusing too.

I actually like it 

But yeah, it's a weird song that I most probably wouldn't have liked had I listened to it outside the context of the game. 

I think the same can be said for all the other tracks that I like in this game as well.

The music is really pretty good, and the racing isn't too bad. There's DIVINE rap too. The game is quite miserly though. And there are too many weird and juvenile choices. Plus there's nothing in it after you're done with the story. 

 

Anyone playing this online, want to jam up, or should I just get rid of it? I wanted to experience the Chiron once and go over 400kph but I'm not  spending hours to earn that much cash. The game is really fkn stingy with payouts.
