Which Internet Connection is everyone using ?

Airtel's FUPPing has been pretty hit or miss. Not everyone is being fupped. Mostly only heavy users. I rarely use a lot, few months go above 30gb, so they dont bother.

I would glad take your place Gaurav. For me, I'd rather be fupped at 25-30GB and get full speeds 24/7 instead of this.

I'd come under that Heavy User category, I keep on going even after getting an FUP speed cut to 512kbps post almost 30gb. Right now I'm getting a steady 106+ KB/s while torrenting a very funny TV show I've recently started watching.

No FUP ? Aur multi quote dabane ke chakkar main rep ho gay a :fear:

There is FUP. I think around 100 GB. But they are pretty lenient and even after FUPping speed is halved, not crapped down to 256kbps like airtel..

Besides I don't even use that much. I guess I do max between 15-25 gigs a month....

reliance???........really??

i'm blacklisted from Tata they are still looking for me to claim their dues so that's gone .

BSNL has visted 4zillion times to fix my current line but failed at every occasion , so gone.

FAILtel has their stupid FUP and paying 1300 for this POS makes no sense at all , on top of that the recent downtime is making my butt hurt.

only left with Reliance which i am yet to try , so not many options you see :P

why not try the tactic people mentioned with airtel cc...saying you will leave the connection...one guy confirmed that is worked...the retention plan they offer is good

incase they say ok leave ,then you are waise bhi leaving it

hamne bhi bade kaarname kare hai kaka

on a serious note , i think that dude got lucky with the retention plan (may be he was an old customer) plus i'm not 100% sure if i should go ahead with reliance ... what if airtel says ---> ... and reliance is not good enough to use :fear:
