Maximus
I game on Airtel on a regular basis and have not found any issues - disconnections or matchmaking. Also have an alternate MTNL connection (dang FUP) which disconnects from the PSN at a higher rate than Airtel. But I am from Delhi.

Bird Bird Bird
^^ Lol there's no such ban imposed by the DoT, so the ISPs are pretty much running on their own whim. The matter seems to be resolved by now as updated on various sites.

DinJo
Cookie ninja I don't see that speed to be real since 1 mb per second would lead to download a file within 30 mins
Bird Bird Bird
^^ And the file did get downloaded in that time IIRC. It's showing a longer time as the download was just resumed when I took the ss. Now back to old 2.4 Mbps speeds

Bird Bird Bird
MTNL 3G Delhi. 4500 for 6 months totally UL (There's actually a cap of 800GB per month but it extends automatically if you reach it). Normal downloading speeds are in the range of 160-340 KBps (~160 during daytime & ~340 after midnight till 9 or 10 am). Pings are a bit on the higher side. Locally it pings @ 90-100 ms, so definitely not for gaming but excellent as a downloading option.

achilles
Broadband was on the right track till about 1 year ago. It's f**ked up now. Totally f**ked up. The motherf**king FUP, even if it should be there, should be upto 512kbps. With 256, I can't even watch YouTube videos properly. And let's not even get to porn. I have to wait for 6 hours just to restore my iPad.
Death Stryke
Broadband all across the country is facing issues due to some maintenance work. It was, apparently, supposed to be restored back to normal today.
