thedarkrider
Latency to European servers dropped from 320-400-500+ms to 190-200ms. I think BSNL is having technical difficulties. :bigyellowgrin:/> Hope this lasts. With sify my ping to european servers previously was 350-400...but they recently changed the wires and put some new devices after repeated complaints of disconnection problems...now 150 in most european servers while 200 in some..while all over india ping is within 50-120...unfreaking beleivable playing multi like a boss...if only i had a decent pc now to handle all the new games

Params7
Verizon Fios I would say the best internet connection you can get for gaming in the USA. Get much faster pings than i did with Comcast cable. The sooner the whole world gets on fiber optics the better.

I have wired. First check with people in your area about Reliance pings. BTW pings and speed f**ked up again. Back to 400-500 kbps and 200+ pings. They said they will fix it by tomorrow

Appreciate the help. Some problem for sure with your connection. Reliance has been giving me excellent upload speed since day one. Keep raising complaints about ping time. Just lie that connection is not working and ask CC to raise complaint. When engineer comes, show him ping times. If he says it is alright, ask him to write it on a paper that these pings are acceptable and sign under it. Tell him that you are going to consumer forum with that data. He will chicken out and fix the issue. The engineer here is good and he accepted problem is there and working on it. It was fixed in the morning and now he has said they will fix it by tomorrow. Still I am raising complaints over complaints stating connection is not working because CC and Network team online are pathetic idiots who wont take down your complaint for slow speeds/pings etc. EDIT: Number is 180030007777 Edited January 6, 2013 by The_Rock
