saanil
Posting my query from the PS3 FAQ section.... Guys – need help connecting my PS3 to the internet for online multiplayer. I have a MTNL broadband connection at home and I use it on my computer. Yesterday I decided to play multiplayer for the first time and made all the connections. I selected the Testing Internet Connection option. There were two items – Testing IP and Testing Internet connection. I got successful in the Testing IP thing but it showed failed status in Testing internet connection. Can someone please help me with this? The modem/wires etc are all fine as I am using it on my laptop. Just want to there are there any other settings I need to makeelsewhere? Note that I had shifted the MTNL connection to a different telephone port for PS3 as it is in my living room whereas for laptop I put the modem in my bedroom. I do not think changing telephone ports should be an issue but just want to confirm…..Someone please help!

armaan
im planing to change to reliance thunder plan 1099 4gb tired of bad internet service from my local cable guy is reliance any good for online gaming on ps3?
Solitaire
35mbps Comcast cable, 6mbps upload speed. Goes up to 36-37 most days but I'm downloading a bunch of stuff that I can't pause right now. Eventually, it will be automatically upgraded to 50mbps when Comcast does it for the entire area (should be within a year). Paying around $40 for this with cable TV too. They had an FUP of 250GB on this, right now that's gone (as in no limit at all ) but when it comes back in several months I'll have a 350GB FUP.
