Which Internet Connection is everyone using ?

Playstation bro stop worrying. .

Nothing is going to happen.. this I am saying from personal experience.. the court summons , the lawyer calls are all fake.. I have been getting them for over 2 years.. my friends have been getting. One of my clients has been getting it. They thraten and call delhi users to mumbai and vice versa.. basically the reliance people just want to spread fear and extract money out of innocent users. I will tell you my story..

I used reliance internet about 2 years back for about 3 months after which they automatically deactivated my account and asked me money for re installing. . I denied.. they kept sending me bills for the next 3 minths and when I did not pay they started threatening me with fake court summons.. I called the numbers on yhe letter head and all were fake.. one if my clients who got a call from the reliance lawyer is proficient with these court matters.. so he asked some technical stuff from the lawyer who called to which the lawyer disconnected the phone immediately. . I never paid and the number of calls started decreasing over time. .

I tell you what I reapplied (in march this year because of the speed I get) for the connection on the same address by giving same email and same id.. and I got it..I still get threatening calls for my previous connectiin and a lady rudely says ( ki bombay high court aana padega) I just tell them that I am happy.. please go ahead with your procedures..

 

To summarize reluance customer care sucks and you need to get hold of their local technician.. this also I am telling from experience.. relaince broadband somehow does not work good with wireless router. I recently started facing this problem. . My solutionn was to send them innumerous emails. I literally send them email in every 10 minutes and generated many compalint numbers.. they were so pissed of at their local managment that they provided a solution within a day.. and the solution was that I got a call from local managment that please dont call or mail the customer care and instead gave me some other nunber.. and now whenever I face any problem they just come running to my house and solve the problem ..

 

One more thing reliance broadband does not work efficiently with wireless router.. It will work when one directly connects the ethernet wire to the pc but will start working weirdly once connected to the router.. this has to be solved manually..and this problem was there previously also but has grown since the last month.. so you need to check this also.

I feel bad about this man. They've been pretty good for me over the years which is why I recommended them. Goes to show they're all crooks and I guess my experience is more about good luck than good service.

Not your fault dude......you just shared your experience ...and tbh they way it worked for first 2 months...i was pretty happy...thetrue colour started showing after two months...

 

Hope you get it sorted out ps :( a little similar thing happened with my mom and our airtel connection. We just ended up paying the amt and closing the connection.

Mera paas choice kya hai...Kolkata mein kaunsa decent connection hai joh Rs 800 mein 2 mbps unlimited dega....look at the prices of tata and airtel...

Thank you so much bro...I will not pay now...let them call ...,mc log...2 maina se connection nahi and paisa lega....

 

btw in my case they are saying its permission issue....after 2 months from where it poped up i dont know but this is the case. I wont run around any more...made several calls and also have complaint nos as well....but anyways no longer care about it....will wait for 2 days more then get it cancelled as lady lst time told me wait for 1 week..

Yeah get some other connection and let these people call.. And ask them very politely to send you the notice or whatever they want to send.. No need to worry and be angry or be rude.. It will only deteorate your health.. Humne sar dard nahi karna apna..

 

Be very Relaxed about this issue.. Trust me it is nothing..

because of the non FUP thing.. and the 2Mbps ... and MTNL guys disconnected my connection by mistake ( a mistake that even they did not know for 1 whole month after disconnection ) when i made a request of surrendering their wireless router ( as i bought my own ) ... Their BUDHA technicians came daily for the inspection after disconnection and they were unable to find the fault... for the whole 20 days i was so pissed.. They came when i was in office and i had to literally run back to my house ( which is just 5-6 streets away ) ... and they even billed for the whole month .. i wrote an application about this issue and their manager acknowledged and signed and promised me that there will be a waiver next month .. but there was none.. and you know how these government offices work..i went there twice or thrice and then accepted that i had to pay the money..
