But they claim they did, so anyhow I give them a new time for today. Today I receive a call, the guy explains the plans with 90GB and 125GB FUP. He says he will send by email so that I can respond and choose the plan. The email does not have the plans he is telling. What a bunch of incompetent buffoons The CC levels of Airtel have gone down a few notches. And the worst thing is, last month when they called they informed me of 8Mbps/125GB plan for like 2199. Now the same plan is Rs. 2449. The plan I intend to choose is 4Mbps/125GB for Rs. 2249 if it exists Broadband prices in our country are inexplicable. seriously airtel ko bhagao beam ko lao i remember few days back my internet speed went to 5mbps rather then 8mbps also airtel wasn't being detected on my moms lappy airtel ka banda came he made lappy detect airtel ka internet and started internet and opened rediff and started checking cricket match ka scorecard I'm guessing this whole fiasco is because of the general publics chalta hai attitudes and ignorance. Discerning customers know they are being taken for a ride but are generally fewer. Anyone know if we have some kind of centralized body that over looks business practices. Something like other countries have. UK has OFCOM that makes the providers sh*t their pants if you mention it. Australia also has one but I cannot remember the name. These are the plans he has offered 10 Mbps 20GB FUP @1399 10 Mbps 50GB FUP @1799 20 Mbps 20GB FUP @1699 20 Mbps 50GB FUP @2199 20 Mbps 100GB FUP @ 2499 16 Mbps 160GB FUP @1700 8 Mbps 160GB FUP @1500 Lets see after the visit. Docomo guys are so dumb. Their Sims don't have signal at all, I guess the inet might also have some probs. Better enquire toroughly before getting it. Yeah of course I'll be checking to see if I can get some sort of Demo or something because I had docomo sim in the past and it was sh*t. As far as the plans are concerned it may be sh*t but its better than what I have right now. BSNL 4Mbps with 20GB FUP @1420 monthly not to mention it gets disconnected at least 25 - 30 times a day. I was downloading a 480mb game on the Vita which I had to restart about 8-9 times because the connection went down. Took me 5 hours last night. Now that's sh*t 10 Mbps 50 GB fup for 1799 and 16 Mbps 160 GB fup for 1700. Wtf? The 16Mbps and 8 Mbps plans are promotions for 6 months after which FUP is 80GB.
