goneforever
Getting sick of Airtel  I'm already sick of BSNL. BC in one hour I lose connection about 8 - 10 times an hour on an average. I call up BSNL and this is how the conversation goes  Me : There's an intermittent connection issue Lady : Internet is not working now? Me : Its working now but it keeps getting disconnected every few miniutes. Lady : Then call when its not working Me : But it only goes for like 1 minute, by the time you guys answer the call its back. Why don't you stay on the line for 5 minutes I'm sure it will go again. Lady : Sir, please call back when it goes and we will check the problem. Me (in my head "WTF are you saying Bitch) : But it will come back by the time I talk to anyone. Lady : Sir, I will send a technician if it goes. Me (in my head "Sure I'll just telepath the information to you") : Seems like we are going round in circles maam. I'll call when it goes again. Lady : Anything else Me (in my head "Not if I can help it") : No thank you very much  f**king bullshit service. Customer care is equal to the service as well. At least that's consistent

goneforever
Airtel, Gwave, Ethernet Xpress, Sify, Hathway all available in Goa but not in my area. Â Only one I've so far found is f**king BSNL @Rs 1420 4Mbps 20GB FUP (nevermind actual speeds are way below that. I haven't been able to even hit 20GB ) Â Tata DOCOMO guys are checking feasability right now. Soooooo frustrating getting any work done at home

Post on twitter that you want higher FUP plans.  For Bangalore they have listed only 80GB plans on their website but I have just now activated 125GB plan. Big thanks to Twitter. We used to pay the same amount for 8Mbps/125GB. But that was several months ago, dunno if rates have gone up now.
