Parvinder Singh
Guys, need feedback on nextra fibre broadband in Gurgaon. Are there any Gurgaon users of nextra? Need some genuine feedback on points like speed as advertised, customer service, downtimes, fault tolerance and any other point worth noting. Thanks in advance. Big Boss
I get terrible speeds on Spectranet in Pune. It crawls from 9-11 pm. Entire Pune is facing the issue.

I had the same issue 3 weeks back and ever since they rectified it , the speeds are awesome again. I was thinking they would introduce the Gurgaon 100 Mbps plan for other cities also and this rectification work was due to that.
humanoid
Hi guys, I'm moving down to Bangalore in a month or two. Would like to know what's the best internet that I can get in terms of speed and latency for online gaming. I'm into mmorpg games such as WoW and GW2. Price and location are not a problem for me. Also, what company would give me unlimited threshold limit. Thanks

Also, what company would give me unlimited threshold limit. Thanks Can't comment on speed and latency since I don't play online that much.... The only 'well-known' ISP (that I know of) that doesn't have FUP limit is Spectranet. But their coverage is limited to a few housing complexes in specific areas. Next would be YouBroadband (post FUP 1 Mbps). Again, limited coverage. If neither of the above covers your area, try for ACT. Maximum post FUP speed you'll get with them is 2 Mbps for the higher-range plans. Airtel should be your last resort. I've played GTA online with my ACT connection and it worked fine for the most part. Not flawless of course.. Edit: If location is not a constraint, you should go with Spectranet. NitroNeo
Recently i am feeling my old mtnl 1mb/s Rs.999/- unlimited plan wont suffice, It took me 17-18 hours to download 7GB of playable version of guild wars 2. I went to the MTNL site and found most new plans were costly and had 90GB or less FUP, i can't properly figure out bullet plans so i have the following queries,For this bullet 1111 plan is the FUP 33GB ? And you have to pay Rs.18 for each adititonal GB till your 250GB are up & then you go unlimited ? If so WTFH Bullet Unlimited Plans (Combo & Non-Combo) Plan Name Monthly Charges Speed(Download/Upload) Free Data Usage Additional Data Usage Charges Bullet 1111 Rs. 1111 4 Mbps/768Kbps up to 250 GB 33 GB Rs. 18 per GB till 250 GB and Unlimited free at 1Mbps/768Kbps afterwards My overall monthly bill is Rs.1500/- or so with tax as well as non-outgoing landline & wifi router rent included. Can i get a whole day 2 or 4Mb/s or at least night 4 Mb/s plan with 100GB+ FUP for a few hundreds more to my current bill ? Please let me know of any such MTNL plan that you could find in mumbai. In my area i only have the options of MTNL & Hathway, hathway has a load of cable mess & last time i had it it's old fat cables had bad pings & uses to make my online gameplay experience on burnout paradise for PS3 sluggish. How i wish we had airtel in my area their Rapid 1599 plan seems gold Edited October 8, 2015 by NitroNeo

Walker
I stay in Mumbai and have almost finalized the MTNL 1mbps unlimited plan for 700 bucks. There is no better alternative available in borivali area which provides 1mbps speed after Fup.All companies like Airtel,Tikona, etc give crap 512kbps after fup.Even 1mbps is not enough as it would take a long time to download today's AAA games from Steam but atleast 1mbps is twice as better as 512. Maybe I'm late but my brother recently moved to Borivali, somewhere near Don Bosco. He got a new connection recently for 500 bucks a month, fully unlimited, upto 20 megs. Now my brother is somewhat clueless about FUP and stuff but you can try calling the supplier on 9702263498 and check.
Banz
I have a local cable connection. Speed is only 512 kbps, but Youtube, Google Play, certain torrents have much higher speed (~40 Mbps)

Big Boss
Currently Mumbai is the best city internet wise. There are few local cable ISPs who give 20-40 mbps without FUP.
