TRMNTR
@ GIans I am planning to change my connection. Currently, I have an Airtel connection. It isn't that bad but the thing is that the Upload Speed I get is PATHETIC. What I am trying to say is that on XBL, if I am NOT the Host, I am pretty much screwed! I wanted to know if anybody from Delhi is using TATA Indicom (?) Thanks
lithuvien
Recently took Airtel 384 Kbps unlimited mothly plan Wanted to take BSNL, but they started bitshing about stuff like .. "we need extra wires, this that ...blah blah blah .." Download speed is very good. Get around 50-60kbps. Upload speed is around 30-35 kbps

strategy
I use Tata indicom 256 Kbps plan. Speed is always ~256Kbps .......the only problem is that it gets disconnected after every 7 - 8 Hrs!!
Madhav
^ yu play halo rite?? could yu enlighten me the amount of lag yu get in halo?? frequency of yu getting host?? brief me a lil!
strategy
^^ halo is the reason i will be upgrading to 384 or higher .....cause there is some lag!! connecting to host is not a problem ......but sometimes game goes all crazy!! i.e melles dont work, cant throw granades, rocket launcher wont fire!!!.....in worst case - the apponent wont die even after sticking a plasma granade!! and 80 % of the time i cant splatter even if the colision is head on( even in ghost) :cry5: :cry5: But some times it works like charm!! I know its not my connection cause it is always steady!! It must be cause i play on international servers! TATA provides good speeds in Delhi but their cc is pathetic and if you don't get the promised speeds then your pretty much screwed as they wont listen to you.. i'm sure that complaining to Airtel will solve your problem as their cc is very good. Have done that already. They say that the upload speed isn't fixed like the download speed! I can't argue with them on that 'cause if you check the tariffs, it doesn't say anything about the upload speed a user will get
