Didn't know BSNL had the same habit. really???? i didn't know that. how can they be so dumb. mine is mtnl. i don't know which dataplan i am using but looking at the speed you can't deny it not being a 2mbps connection. here are pics of my bill for the month of dec-08. can't find the new ones. When I moved from a 256 to a 512 connection they didn't up my speed for like 2 weeks. Then when they did up my speed they upped it to 2MBPS for two weeks. It was like 14 continuous birthdays and Christmases. Then it went away and its back on 512. Now I am sad and my life has lost all meaning and purpose.
