AtheK
True, beating all three teams to win is near to impossible, but then again it is justified to give the top 2 some leverage as they played well through the season. If it was able system, the top team would have won anyway. Will be interesting to see who finishes in top two. All in all this has been a good IPL. Sach4life
I dont know how many would agree to this but rcb's approach in the beginning did cost them the match to some extent. To simply cant think in your mind that we would score 160-170 by scoring 120 in last 10 and that would be enough. You cant approach a match like that. You have to play to the merit of the pitch maintain a good flow from the start. Whats the point of restricting how much you can score. They could have easily scored the runs they scored in the last 10 with them scoring atleast 70 in the first 10 and they would have had scored 190-200. You need to score as much as you can and nothing is good enough.
AtheK
True, but maybe pitch was a little damp, we would never know. That said the intent was missing too.
Sach4life
Yeah but then they didnt try at all in the start. It was like they had in mind that whatever they gonna score they would in the last 10 only.
Big Boss
RCB Why drop Karthik and Rampaul? Karthik was awesome in last match. Supporting MI to win this IPL now. BTW did any one see CSK vs DD toss? Match referee said Heads, Dhoni asked him to check and it was tails Must be done by Srinivasan

Chewie
rcb bowling attack is like India ODI side hope either srh or kp make it to the top 4 & either they or RR win. underdog FTW final being in calcutta will help teams like csk & srh (if they reach there) & to a certain extent MI

The pace of Johnson and Malinga actually helps the ball come on better on such dull pitches. These pitches need bailyas like Rajat Jhatiya and Tirupathi Balaji
dante77
RR is by no means under-dog this year. Just look at the line up.
mshingore
Underdog in the sense that before the tournament not many would have expected them to do as well as they have .. I want SRH to go through just because of 1 guy: Dale Steyn. That guy is just something else! Even though m a MI supporter, I couldn't help but applaud his bowling to Pollard and Sharma. He made them look like under 14 players literally jumping and prodding for dear life. Bowls at 150k and then runs up all the way to square leg to field off his own bowling Would be a shame not to see him in the final leg

mshingore
They should just let Kartik open then and include another batsman.. No point playing ponting for a game especially after what he did vs RR in the last match..
mshingore
Damn it! No decent backup Indian batsman for MI.. All uncapped players :-(
