Chewie
looking at the way the pitches have been playing in 1st innings in Zim it wont be a bad idea if India were to bat first for all matches. it'll test them out & even if they lose big deal. it'll be a learning experience for sterner tests ahead

Right
Alright, repped Nemo. Â Now as I always go by stats. And after looking them deeply, Stats say sehwag hasn't changed at all. His average in first half, second half of the career are very same. Surprisingly, average in the last one-third of the career, roughly 5 last years, when he supposedly went down...is also almost same as his career average of 49:) Â So what's going on? taking only 4 white countries and WI in consideration. In the last 5 yrs he averages - 21 AWAY Second HALF of the career - 30 AWAY First HALF of the career - 40 AWAY And OVERALL - 33 AWAY Â So yes, as I said he has been dominating on flat pitches. But overall his game declined on fast pitches as Nemo pointed out, and he was NEVER SUPER effective on them. Just to put in perspective, Tendulkar averages 51 in these 5 countries, dravid 52. My point stands. Â Â Edit: Test matches. Edited July 27, 2013 by Udham

AtheK
was just checking Gayle made a total of 66 runs in 5 ODI and 1 T20(top score of 30 followed by 21 batting at #4, opening he made a total of 15 runs in 4 innings) & Pollard made 33 in 3 ODI. godspeed4476
I really feel that for once all the other boards should man up and show BCCI the door. BCCI is a complete bully know. Blocking DRS was not enough, now they want to meddle with other cricket board's internal working as well. Is CSA a colony of BCCI? Will BCCI would decide the president of CSA?
