Big Boss
I said to my team that our both openers should finish this off when their top 5 can score a 50. I was off by one wicket it seems. BTW Awesome awesome batting. Dhawan, Sharma and Kohli, all 3 were awesome. But Kohli was simply unbelievable. Best ODI batsman in the world right now
silentassassin
Only way of winning is 1 of the top 3 batsman should get a big score.. Yuvi and Dhoni should come good.. Still feel so? Yea..I should'nt have watched 1st innings... But i still believed we can win...Wanted 1 of the top 3 to make good scores.. All 3 did.. n Kohli was brilliant.. We have destroyed the confidence of the aussies now

Angad.
Man...what a match. I am officially a fan of Rohit Sharma now. What an innings.....what a mature innings. I think he has done enough in the last 4-5 months for us to stop making fun of him. He has seriously improved his temperament. It's really a privilege and an honour for our generation to see a team that comprises of powerhouses like Kohli, Raina, Yuvi, Dhoni, Dhawan and now Rohit Sharma. We can chase any total really when these batsmen have their day.

arv95
Kohli has scored 10 centuries while chasing and all have resulted in victories and is second in the list of centuries in successfull chases behind SRT http://stats.espncricinfo.com/ci/engine/stats/index.html?batting_fielding_first=2;class=2;filter=advanced;orderby=hundreds;qualmin1=20;qualval1=innings;result=1;template=results;type=batting What a knock ! eddy4823
Happy Birthday Anil Kumble.. Best Indian Bowler IMO... Taking Laras Wicket while bowling with a broken jaw. that commitment is yet to be seen in modern day cricket. and Capturing every moment with his camera from the dressing room. Memories. Amazing. TAZ
Kohli is currently at #13 in number of centuries in ODI's. If he gets 6 more he will jump to #4 ... And all the players in between have retired so he will be at #4 in a years time.. I think he will break sachin's record atleast in ODI's.
Sach4life
Happy bday kumble. Probably the biggest match winner ever for india. My favourite bowler.
harsh1387
Undoubtedly best Indian bowler. He was very lethal with his flippers when he burst on the scene. And IMHO his yorkers were best among Indian bowlers. Happy birthday kumble Sent from my Nexus
Chewie
always said Churma >>> Chuna Virat is just like normally he always starts steadily before accelerating but y'day he started in 6th gear only. love his competitiveness. he almost takes it personally. & he seems to be constantly evolving. most complete ODI batsman in the world & may even go on to be the best ever (he almost is, but will reserve judgement till he does it some more on pacier/bouncier tracks against better attacks) difference between Aus & Ind innings was that Aus score was primarily due to piss poor bowling (50% balls were half-trackers at 120kmph) & our score was primarily due to brilliant batting at mid-innings i was half hoping that we lose this match & series so we can be finally rid of Chushant. he & trundlers like Vinay Kumar shouldnt be allowed near the international team EVER. i know bowlers arent supposed to be smart but Vinay Kumar deliberately bowling bouncers at his "pace" to Aussie batsman is just also ashwin needs to be rested & Mishra given a go
Angad.
also ashwin needs to be rested & Mishra given a go 100% agree on this!! The aussies are targeting Ashwin and have a upper hand on him now. Bring in Mishra at this point and if he spins a web around the Aussie batsmen (which he is most likely to) it will put them under tremendous pressure and put a huge dent on their performance. That will give even Jadeja more confidence as he will then try to go for wickets rather than look to contain. Knowing how shrewd Dhoni is, I expect him to bring in Mishra in the next game. The iron is hot.....now is the time to strike it!
