Razpor Posted April 6, 2014 Report Share Posted April 6, 2014 pitch wasnt as slow ,we are 30 runs short I cant understand the logic behind sending yuvi before raina,this wasn't yuvraj's mistake,even in his prime he used to struggle like a tailender on slower pitches,and especially with sl's attack,which had no pace at all,Dhonis screwed up bigtime by sending him before raina,who could have easily scored more than run a ball,this move has costed us the cup. also thankyou yuvi for all the great moments,but he needs to leave now,it is already too late,he has lost us a wt20,but after this performance i wont want to see him in an indian jersey again.Dhoni is equally responsible for his lack of foresight,yuvraj was hardly in form,he struggled even against JP duminy's part time off spin,i cant think of one good reason,why anyone would send him before raina today. Every batsmen will struggle, but yuvi inning might just cost us.. But still this is just one part of the match, still SL has to bat.. I think we are atleast 15 short.. Ashwin and mishra are in form.. Really curious as to how badly Yuvi batted Dont watch it seriously,it was embarrasing,he couldn't even get singles in slog overs,Kohli was all rage on the other end,had he even managed 2-3 timely single ,score could have been 20 runs more,Kohli lost all momentum and he had just whacked Kulasekara for 18 runs in an over.But hardly got strike in next 2 overs.Never seen such seens in slog overs of a t20 game ,even in IPL.
