Promised a England call up if he performs good in county and being denied even an availability for selection. Poor lad was just expecting ECB to say that you perform consistently in County and we will consider you for selection, but they told him that they don't trust him. For me NZ are the favourites. The only problem would be their batting. The last time they toured (just 2 years ago), they got bowled out without Cook having to make a bowling change. NZ should do more tours.. They play very less number of matches. Not sure if they got less funds on cricket, their main sport is rugby. It's not in their control though. The matches against the Big 3 are the ones that get them the most revenue, but the Big 3 decide how many matches to play and the frequency of these tours.
