Well, not emotional at all emoji41.png. Just saying how I see it and it hardly matters to me who plays and not.. You do have a point though.

I hope one of DC, RCB or meme kings Punjab win this time. Someone new should be there instead of MI as usual.

RCB to bhai rehne hi do, we don't have hopes from them ourselves, i was trying to put together a playing 11 today, and was struggling

Devdutt

Kohli

?

ABD

Maxwell

Jamieson

Christian

Sundar

Siraj

Chahal

Saini

This is the best i could come up with, with still a question mark. Couple of them get injured, and we are done

This would be my starting 11 for them. ABD should always bat 3 as your best batsman needs maximum balls and Kohli and Padikkal will eat up enough so ABD needs a few to get going.

They should play Azharuddeen as specialist keeper to relieve ABD workload and he is also an attacking batsman. Christian is a better batsman/finisher so should bat ahead of Jamieson.

As I see your main worry is Maxwell. If he clicks in middle campaign goes smoothly. If he fails like last time then RCB is doomed.

Also, if you have less hope from RCB then you can always support us at DC [emoji6]

Once we get knocked out, till then its always RCB, hope or no hope :p

Ya they can play anyone they want in that question mark, any place too, doesn't matter, baby, azharudeen all are the same. But i agree better to play a specialist keeper Gowtham or Azharudeen, and send them at #3, with license to hit, they will get out on 2nd or 3rd ball and ABD can come and take it from there :P

I would go with same team.
Azharuddin is my choice for keeper as well.

I will bat Azhar at no 4. Followed by Maxwell and Christian. Azhar is a powerful striker.
If he clicks with the bat, we can replace Christian with Daniel Sams as well.

CSK won't even qualify for playoffs looking at their team. But, T20 we never know.

They have got rid of most of the dead weight and most importantly Raina is back. If he hits the ground running from first match csk can go all the way.

All the way before Mumbai kicks them out. :P

Yes, better squad than last year.

But, Raina and dhoni are past their prime. They can blow hot and cold. Gaikwad is the new kid, Faf carried them last year but with retirement he might not be in great touch. Rayadu, utthappa and Pujara are anchors. I liked Pujara's new backlift and attacking shots in net. Might surprise us.

I still believe they should let Curran open. Lefty + great form and will strike at good rate.

Ali should play ahead of Tahir. He can finish games with bat and bowling is plus. Not discounting them but on paper other teams look better with more firepower. First match with MI will give some insight ..

Following are the list of protocols recommended by the BCCI for those testing positive (during IPL):

Immediate response:

- Suspected/positive cases will be immediately isolated from rest of the squad.

- The Team Doctor will inform the BCCI Chief Medical Officer immediately.

- The local Health Authority will be immediately notified of the positive RT-PCR test result.

- The case will be managed in close coordination with accredited hospitals and treatment centres equipped with COVID-19 testing and treatment.

- All concerned cases shall be dealt with as per the guidelines set by the Government applicable to that particular area.

- Contact tracing must commence immediately. All individuals who have been in close contact with the case during the previous 48 hours starting from the time of collection of the sample which resulted in a positive test, will be isolated and tested. All casual contacts in the last 48 hours starting from the time of collection of the sample which resulted in a positive test, will also be isolated and tested immediately.

- All staff handling positive cases must mandatorily wear a full PPE kit (goggles, face shield, N95 mask, gloves, coverall/gowns, head cover and shoe covers) while handling a suspected/positive COVID-19 case.

Follow-up measures:

- During the 10-day isolation, the individual must rest and avoid any exercises.

- The team doctor should regularly monitor the case.

- If symptoms worsen during the course of isolation, the individual must be hospitalised immediately.

- During the 10-day isolation, the individual will undergo an RT-PCR test on Day 9 and Day 10. Provided, both the test results from Day 9 and Day 10 are negative, and he/she does not have any symptoms for more than 24 hours, the individual will be permitted to re-enter the Bio-Secure Environment.

- After recovery, players must undergo a cardiac screening before resuming any team activities.

The BCCI has formed 12 bubbles - 8 for franchises, 2 for match officials and match management teams and 2 more for broadcast commentators and crew.

Damn that throws the game plan even worse

They should just open with Abd and Vk and hope atleast one clicks, again no backup openers. Don't pick roy for base price, go for players who are not known for crore, brilliant.

RCB had signed up with Puma for Sponsors plus team apparel, the first franchisee to be endorsed by a global apparel manufacturer in IPL. We might not win any trophies, but RCB does make a lot of money :P

If any one wants to buy the apparel for this season, here is the Link
