Edit Why yall be hatin on Sanjay Manjerekar? He has a pleasant voice, speaks good English and knows his stuff. All in all he is a pretty good commentator. Also i dont understand why does the channel bring in Siddhu? he behaves like a boiled is always ill mannered towards other members in the panel, and super annoying to watch . Solitaire Posted March 30, 2011 Report Share Posted March 30, 2011 (edited) You know you guys should just leave the Pakis alone.. they played well, and if there had been a second batsman at the the other end (and not a bowler) during those last few overs instead of the lone guy standing there frustrated trying to hit all the balls to the boundary and not running singles, it could very well have been a very very different story. They played well, we got quite lucky with the number of times Sachin was dropped. That's that and we won. We didn't quite crush them, in fact towards the end the team got rather lax. We should just move on and hope for the best against Sri Lanka instead of posting gifs all over facebook and twitter and attacking them on their own forums. That's just some really low sub-human behavior. Such cheap thrills... @Afty Siddhu is nuts. Beats a man to death then talks bullshit on national TV and has people bowing down to him. As for Manjrekar, I don't see any reason to hate him (as a commentator), apart from his question last time we won (against Australia) about how Raina was feeling since he'd justified replacing Yusuf. They might have been paid to drop the catches, but the indian batsmen didnt particularly request them to drop them. they have been dropping them consistently throughout their matches, dropping catches is no excuse for a loss. there are many variables that could have gone the other way, but at the end of the day team won, that is what matters and that is what counts. Also there is nothing wrong in having a last laugh at the guys who just 2 days ago were acting as if their team has already won the world cup.
