I know I was guilty but it was just to much to resist when I went to the link... apart from my 'middle finger' initial post, none were abusive attacks... It went like a baseball game afterwards... they kept pitching and I kept striking whatever came my way... another post of mine which agitated them was my reply towards there ideology of blaming everything on umar gul, the same person who's bowling got them to semis in 1st place... Solitaire Posted March 31, 2011 Report Share Posted March 31, 2011 you know one thing i have hated abt this world cup on star sports is...the moment there is a wicket ...they dont show the reaction and all ...immediately they start the advertisement....its was so f**king irritating .....at times felt like not watching it at all. Exactly, these days, you get the replay for even a wicket only AFTER the next over starts and a ball is bowled. Ads are all important. It was a smart political way of getting attention in public eyes...in the starting they were in V.I.P box and all ....but when India started winning they came out and sat among the people...on top of that they were trying to cash in on India's victory for political reasons...as this victory kinda will make people forget abt those scandals that has been happening ......cant believe these politicians .....Piece of sh*t .... IF Sehwag wouldn't have gone in the starting overs. IF Pak had fielded well. Seriously there are so many other IFs that anybody can go on and on. Truth being told both sides tried their best and whatever the f**k happened, India won as a better team. The bowling was good and fielding was spot on (barring a few occasions.). Just 8 extras in the whole 2nd innings is f**king commendable. Why don't people enjoy the victory instead of acting like a f**king critic analyzing each and every f**king ball ? There's a reason they are in the team FFS. We were a better team on the day and that's all that mattered. What I'm saying is merely supporting the fact that we were close enough to losing as we were to winning, so we shouldn't be going about the interwebz cat calling the pakistanis and abusing our opponents. And Ramakrishnan, Manjrekar and Ramiz Raja, in any combination of 2 from the 3, can be absolutely lethal and continued exposure to their commentary can lead to ear-bleeding or permanent loss of hearing OR loss of hair due to self-pulling. If you're that critical then perhaps Ravi Shastri deserves a fair share of the blame too. He goes about hyping up every wicket as if it's a match winning victory. Clichés fly left right and center. If a ball lands way in front of a fielder and bounces twice before reaching a fielder he gives you a heart attack while it's in the air without looking exactly at where it's gonna pitch +1 and they keep that same attitude off the field as well.. I feel that most australian players are disgusting in nature, especially Ponting is nauseating...Brett Lee is one of the better guys they have who is an excellent player and a humble human being.
