He fails, and the team fails. Remove Gayle's inning today, and this would have been more one sided. Now it is MI vs CSK on batting pitch of Bangalore. MI start as favorites. I was not mentioning about replicating gayles performance, i was just referring to your point that gayle is a waste in RCB, the only player who has been really wasted is Dale Steyn. Green pitch is what hurts CSK, other than that they are good. Or even a flat track can lead to their downfall. So, the Bangalore game becomes very tough. They will need to negotiate Malinga and still get a big score. Bat first is the key as MI struggles even with a 150 total on a flat wicket to chase.
