Can anyone confirm when the demo will be out? I mean when does the store usually get updated.

Im looking forward to this. People are cribbing how this is a god of war rip off and all...I actually think thats a plus point. I mean its a got a different storyline. How is that a bad thing for God of war fans?

Update: Found this on playstation boards. "The store updates between 5pm/7pm est (sometimes later) every Thursday. So hang tight. "

That means it should be out any minute now.

I wonder if the target audience for the game is actually going to read the poem :fear: They will be in for a shock.

well i have read a bit of its translation.. back when i was all but about to go for history as my grad subject (still think it was one of the biggest mistakes not to do so)..

anyway, I do remember Mohammad being depicted in hell. I am pretty sure EA doesnt have that big balls to go word to word there.

@Nemo...yeah I dont think EA will go that far. They cant afford to. If something as small as a song in LBP caused the game's delay, Im sure this will be a pretty big deal.

In the context of a video game that part can easily be avoided. They'll focus more on the monsters and guardians.

Screw the demo! I want the game!!

Well the demo is the closest we have to the game till another 2 months.

Also what are the chances that we will have a Purgatory and Paradiso game after this. I mean they'll have to change a lot if they want Dante to fight through those parts of the Divine comedy.

They'll probably make him fight some "bad angels" like the ones from DMC4 and Bayonetta.

But it wouldn't make sense at all. At least Inferno does... to some extent. But knowing EA they'll probably want to create a franchise out of it if the game does well. Even if that means Dante rampaging through Paradise.
