Dante's Inferno

Checkpoints are ok - but when I want to save the game is not very helpful. If they could've made the checkpoints as save points would've been awesome. ME2 had one of the best save / checkpoint system in recent times.

Reached greed - this game is average. The textures show up poorly. The sound is amazing.

This level is good lol, wait till u see the next one

I am honestly ready to give up on the game - the puzzles are simple but because of some truly horrible camera implementation it's impossible to know where to jump at times.

This is a game to be played strictly alone - Lust level and the cutscenes

Now that I'm done with GOW3, I need to get back to this. I'm craving for more hack-n-slash. Either that or Titan mode (the latter looks more appealing).

F**king spinning blade platforming puzzle in Greed made me stop playing :giggle:

u too ?? i dunno why but a surprising number of people had trouble in that section, i did not

just jump at the right moment, with the momentum of the spin taking you ahead.

Ah I remember that one. The trouble is that the camera and perspective are screwed up. It has nothing to do with momentum and all - the place you have to jump from is weird. Worse - try to get to the damned soul on the other side. And the game does not improve thereon.

is this thing similar to the absolutely outright annoying "path of hades" in gow1??? man that was one stupidly difficult part.... especially the

2 vertical rolling cylinders with knives attached to them

This is unadulterated pure frustration - there is a platform and a set of spinning wheels. You have to jump across a gap. The perspective is screwed up so a jump from what you think is the right place will always drop you in the chasm.

Yes. That part in GOW1 immediately came to my mind.

It's actually worse here because if you fall, it's not game over but you have to fight some enemies, climb back up and try again.

^^ tyler :naughty:

good i gave up on DI ( or rather bought Gow Collection). DI does indeed have plenty of unnecessarily annoying ( read : annoying not tough ) levels.
