Tyler
Crap! This has got to be one of the most frustrating games of all time. I finally cleared that rotating spike puzzle in Greed but it didn't get any better after that. At one point I had to turn down the difficulty to Easy just because I want to get this over with. At least now I can get past the combat sections without retrying like 10 times because of cheap enemies like those golden twin thingies in greed who carry a gada. The platforming is still a pain in the a*s though. In fact the whole Greed level gave me a headache, too much gold plus frustrating puzzles and cheap-a*s enemies. It felt oppressive and depressing... much like how hell would feel. Visceral should probably congratulate themselves for that. Getting out of it felt like such a relief. The game started out really well but now I can totally see where the average reviews were coming from.

Sushant Vasishta
I am honestly ready to give up on the game - the puzzles are simple but because of some truly horrible camera implementation it's impossible to know where to jump at times. This is a game to be played strictly alone - Lust level and the cutscenes I would love to buy this one if there's something really good in the lust Man I so love the Xrated stuff. Are the things better than that small Aphrodite scene in GOW3 ? OT: Any other suggestions for such games ? Naughty I mean

The game started out really well but now I can totally see where the average reviews were coming from. the greed level is the worst. and not necessarily just for this game. i almost gave up on the game myself. but it gets better after this. i mean less frustrating. though i never felt the need to turn down the difficulty, two enemies were absolute crapfests of frustration. the rotating golden bitches like u mentioned (have to block for what..30 friggin seconds) and the minions which move or hop very fast. they're not necessarily agile.. they just hop about really fast and it looks like someone is shuffling them i think they appear later in the game. in GOW there is a rhythm and a pattern to every enemy's every attack type and sooner or later you figure out that pattern and can beat the game at higher difficulties. in this game i struggled to find any sort of coherence for any attacks from most enemies. Yes, that pretty much sums up my frustration with the combat. And on top of that the day before I played Afro Samurai which has very fluid combat. That made it worse. DI isn't a bad game per se, it could have been a lot better. dude!! amazon shamazon!! its available in India man!! go for it!!
Nemo
the game has the reason for its avg reviews but combat was fairly easy. the enemy with spinning mace is easy to deal with, either wait for him to finish the spin or just hit block at the right moment of the spin and then counter with O (cross attack) to make him fall and then go crazy ape sh*t over it. the only trouble i had momentarily was on the final boss fight before i figured out the way to spam one-2 particular attacks to beat him. seriously, the combat is manageable. My complaints with the game were lack of variety in moves, levels (except the blood river all looked largely the same), enemies (they were designed fantastically though ) and absence of good puzzles. Also it lacked big time the big epic scale that kratos has. All this made the game highly monotonous towards the final third even though it starts of really, really good. DI is decent, but nothing more. around 7-7.3 area.

Dealing with a single one of those at a time is no biggie. One it's knocked down you can finish it off before it gets a chance to get up. But when the game traps you in an extremely small area with two of those + other enemies it's very... very frustrating.
Bulovski
I know the place you mean - is that the one with the weird rotating arm puzzle where you fall down and have to battle them?
Tyler
It's the part where you have to jump into this moving bowl-like thing which gets walled off until you defeat all the enemies and then you have to jump into another bowl and battle some more enemies. The rotating arm puzzle did give me some problems but it was able to get past that.
