dude.. spamming your way to a 50 post count doesnt help... mods/admins must have noticed yur useless(if there were) posts and considered them as spam and hence the reset in the post count :P

dude, try posting some useful stuff, or engage in a meaningful conversation in any game thread, but do not spam ur way through to just be able to go to Trading Post...

Blank Blu Ray discs cost between 600 (25GB) to 2K+ (50GB)

rs 600-650 for 25gb 2x (upto 6x on certain drives) bd-r discs from verbatim (excellent compatibility with most branded writers) and rs 1300-1400 for the 50gb variant. rewritable 25gb bd-re discs are available on ebay (us/uk) for rs. 800-1000

another noob question......since ps3 have bluray wat does wii nd xbox360's have......dnt tell me they're still on dvd......

The X360 has DVD and HD-DVD compatibility. The Wii doesnt even have DVD playback officially.

And whats wrong with DVD that you didnt want to be told ?

i just mean that blurays are the new thing right.....like the future of games.....u cant really expect dvd to match bluray in terms of gaming or even movies for that matter.......

gaming depends on lot of other factors then just format of u r Disc player............but i do agree with u tht , DVD is no match in terms of gaming

^^ Not really. Till date there hasnt been a situation where the absence of large storage capacity of Blu Ray has been a deal breaker for devs. Yes, there have been multidisc games on the X360, but even MGS4, which takes full advantage of the 50GB capacity of a dual layer Blu Ray disc, had a major issue with the format on the PS3. The irritatingly long installs required before each Act were absurd and should have been avoided. The installs wouldn't have been required with multiple DVDs thanks to the higher read speeds offered by DVD drives over present generation Blu Ray drives.
