Happened to me for the first time .....what pissed me off was that the same thing happened the night before that too....and i should have been more careful knowing that the very previous night i had faced terrible DC issues!! But koi nahi.....will play today n maybe tomorrow.....that will give me an idea on my net connection....fir kya....friday to BGC for dinner!!!! I have a "bit" of hatred towards the rocket launcher as I feel that with it, good gameplay is not assured. But that's just me Boy, not everyone can handle the RL, those who cant handle hate it because it has the potential to kick another other class or weapon's a*s. Same goes with firaang. They love the engineer class and the bots and are highly dependent on them, they dont like RL because it kicks a*s the engineer & the bots. EDIT: Even I used to hate it before when I used to be an easy meat for ppl with the RL around. Once you get hold of it, I'm sure you would love it. Since we are playing 2 matches each against each other this weekend other than the tourney, let's play one of the games in Wasteland Bullet or Vecta Cruiser. Let's see how many ppl have the DLC pack and have 4v4 or a 6v6 match depending on that.. what say ?? BGC, how many of you have the DLC pack ?? You are right bro....RL need the same amount of skill and practice as maybe a scout!! You get only 3 rockets to do the damage before running to the ammo crate!!! I think its as deadly as any other class, just depends on which class you are best in and have practiced the most!! I think disabling RL or Scout for that matter, is just bullsh*t, as then even the engineer, sab and med classes should be disbled!! If people think rockets are unfair then why dont you use them urself or have someone from your team use it, after all its open for everyone isnt it??? And i dont buy the argument that it becomes frustrating if people use RL! I can understand on a map such as Radec it can be lil annoying, but thats the best part isnt it??? You need to overcome the odds with ur strategies!! An Assualt Class member just gets 3 rockets, so if you work it out properly, you can get rid of him too!!! Aise to even turrets are as annoying!!! If it had been something like Q3, then I wouldn't have had issues. But RLs in KZ2, ppl just spam with them too easily. Especially if there are more than 1 RL holders in a team and even more so, if it is in a small map. Clarifying again that I'm not against any class. Just RL. And yeah, just to reiterate, it's not like I'm trying to force anything upon anyone. It's just my opinion. I can play with this enabled as well, no issues. Infact, it is very easy to kill a RL guy compared to other classes (actually 2nd most easiest after scout) But in regular warzone games, I try to avoid them, because for me, such games are not fun anymore, just mindless blasting...
