Called Xbox customer care at 12 Noon today informing them about the RROD, Redington lady calls at around 3:30 PM , Replacement arrives at 7:00 PM ! Whole replacement procedure took just 7 hours....Excellent job Microsoft BTW, is this the fastest/record on GI so far ? Edited February 25, 2008 by ..Ne0..
