Not much ..peanuts... Since I went from T1 to T2 this year, the flexible component has gone up from 8% to 10%, so less take home salary. Since I went from T1 to T2 this year, the flexible component has gone up from 8% to 10%, so less take home salary. A similar thing for me since i went from T2 to T3. And hike was next to nothing.
