Every company will give you 1-2 month official notice and you will start getting hints from different teams about layoff very early. If your relationships are good, then manager might even place you in another team in the same company. Western digital bought SanDisk and same thing happened...relating such things to trump or politics is not right. Everyone knows Trump can only bark and won't do anything...at most he'll do something to ISIS and illegals. Before been elected, his pamphlet/website had this point on top; Will make sure every Muslim will carry a special ID and they'll have a separate immigration check. It's been in the back of every White American's mind that he would one day run for the post. He was always going to become the President at some point. He is incredibly popular with majority of America who happened to be White. If it weren't for Obama's support, Hillary and her supporters would've never been able to to curb his EV count to 306. TBH i'm genuinely surprised that Hillary won the popular vote. If it weren't for their combined effort, he would've eclipsed Nixon's victory in '72. He's fu***ng huge in America! But you shouldn't be scared of Trump. He's not the one who is evil. It's his supporters (not voters) who you should really be scared off. This victory will mentally enable them in unpredictable ways. Yaar iss desh mein lakho ka ghar chalta hai american jobs ke wajha se.... I have an idea. It may sound insane to most, but it's worth a shot. We all know that Trump has a good eye for beautiful women. Considering how rich our gene-pool is, we should let him sponsor a Miss Mumbai pageant the next time he pays us a visit. I guarantee this will work. And after all we are the original elitists. If we do this then Indo-US ties will only improve and continue to do so even in his second term.
