The only time i used the chainsaw was in the tournament..it was the last round and still we had 3 chainsaws left so i used one....I've never (well not THAT much) used the lancer while playing the multiplayer. Now, all u need to do is know the key to certain weapons like the torque bow and the longshot and there u have it, ur a veteran in the game. NEVER aim for the body with the boomer and NEVER use it at long ranges. If u do that, then the boomshot is totally useless. Always aim for the ground (near the person). What i meant to say was that if a person is trying to kill u, its not wise for u to aim for his body...aim for the ground and he'll be down in an instance.
