Yup, most of September :P

I hope you do like the girl you're going to marry? How much time have you spent with your fiancee !

If I were in your situation, I would not go ahead with marriage till my fiance made me forget my ex.

intra caste marriage should be made illegal, we need more diversity guys...don't you like babies with beautiful mixed features and coloured eyes?

Bhai tujhe England mein rahte hue kitna time hua hai? Enough to get Indian concepts mixed up?

Anyhoo, here goes-

1. Personally, if one is going into a relationship primarily for making babies (not even wanna touch the designer babies idea of your post, for now) then clearly they have got their priorities jumbled up.

I am not a fan of babies but I can see why people would make having one a big deal, but marrying deliberately to have varied offsprings is :loco:

2. Anyone should be allowed to marry who so ever they want, provided specific legalities are met.

3. Having intercaste marriages wont necessarily give you mixes features. Assuming by caste you meant the indian definition. And let us also include religion in it.

In India you'd find noticeable diversity only in skin color, not hair or eye. Which ever caste or religion you pick to scrutinize, the geography would matter more in physical standards than the actual caste itself.

I think you meant Ethnically diverse marriages.

Making babies is like a gamble. You know you have got the ingredients, but you can never be sure about how the end product is going to come out.

This reminds me of a Chacha Chaudhary comic strip where a blonde firangan comes to him and tells him that she wants to marry him. Chacha asks her why, to which she replies, that their kids will have her beauty and his brains.

I can hope most of you can either remember or realize what answer our Chacha gave to that blonde.

HINT: They didnt get married.

He says: Agar ulta ho gaya toh? Shakl mujhpe aur akal aap pe gayi toh?

It all ends with Chachi going all Rambo on her with her iconic belan.

Nemo lacks the ability to detect sarcasm.

Anyway regarding eye colours, it's directly related to skin colour since both are the result of melanin production. Every human has naturally blue eyes, but their apparent colour depends on the concentration of melanin over the iris. This is why lighter skinned people have more chances of coloured eyes (and why you won't find a white person with dark brown eyes) as they will have lesser melanin production. When you consider Inter cast you are referring to a wide variety of demographic because these people belong to different regions of India, they will have mixed facial features for sure. India may be one country but it's extremely diverse ethnically. Punjabis, Kashmiris and a few other north Indian societies have a higher chance than usual of having blue/grey eyes (predominantly because they have more European genes than other Indians), and light brown/hazel eyes are very common in most North/central Indian society as it is.

This is the age of genetic engineering, apart from health you can pick features of your child right down to their skin and eye colour.

On a separate note, I was thinking about this the other day and I feel like it's best to give your kid the best start possible by genetically engineering them to be as biologically and physically perfect as possible.

You have a point, but not well put into words.

Intercaste or Inter country marriages will definitely help in bettering the human race. Indians, especially south indians do not have the physical strength, or ability which the Aryans possess. Similarly traits which the south indians, or Dravidians possess may be useful for building a superior society. I may sound crass here, but we're tampering with Darwin himself.
