Hey, i ve been asking the Mods for so long to please make this thread a Love Talk thread and not Heartbreak thread.. Since I do not want to start another thread just for the heck of it..

It's Valentine season, I would like to know what everyone is planning to do on that day.. What are you gifting to your valentine or what's the 'new' plan.. Also you may share and ask some great Valentine day story..

I am sure a lot of you must already be celebrating Rose Days in your college..

So do share!

I assume your exam doesn't go all day. Take her out somewhere - anywhere really - hang out (Maybe Qutb Minar?), take along a board game, climb one of the monuments (which from memory, you can do), and challenge each other. If you can take along some wine and cheese, or if not, grab some street-stall food and take it with you.

Give her a call on the day, and do something like that once your exams are done. It doesn't have to be somewhere like a Qutb Minar. Just a space where you guys can set up a Scrabble board or a game of chess, or a game of monopoly.

Given you're still in school, scrap the wine and cheese.

Give her a call at 12 in the night on 14th feb..even if for 15 minutes.. (when your parents are asleep and out of sight) tell her what she means to you.. Do not irritate her that day, but just make her laugh and say things you know she would like to hear but which you never say otherwise..

On 14th go take your exam, do your best and all the best. On your way back home.. either try and arrange to meet her or send her a Card and Flower (most Archies shop does that for Valentine!) And do send her a few cute and loving sms that day.. and enjoy her response..

You can celebrate the emotions on Valentine, once your exams are done on a weekend where you both are available and have some time to spend with each other.. It's not the day that matters..it's the thought and expression of feelings that matters..

Enjoy!

(Maybe Qutb Minar?)

Didn't think that place was romantic at all. So crowded and hardly neat :nerves:

Ignore her and focus on your studies like you should be doing.

THIS. If you're still in school and anywhere from 9th-12th standard. Or if you're taking your final exams. Just send her a nice 4-12 line poem (assuming you don't wanna waste too much time) that you've prepared beforehand and at most a call. Do your exams well.

Figure it can't be too crowded on a Monday. Oh, and I got Qutb Minar and Jantar Mantar mixed up - I meant Jantar Mantar. When I was there (admittedly ten years ago) it was deserted on a weekday.

I wouldn't say ignore - a quick phone call isn't going to kill you. Clearly the two of them subscribe to the whole Valentines Day jing bang. If you do, then, a call, even if you're in the middle of exams isn't going to kill you.
