Do not be desperate or you will look desperate..simple. She is just a new friend, approach with care. Make her laugh, pull her leg, give her some passing compliments and things like, "Ooh I am jealous of your BF, tell me how can I kill him?" Her reaction will tell you her story. Do not inundate her inbox with messages and her phone screen with your missed calls. Be balanced and charming and you might just get lucky.. All the best! And even though every person has a different method of getting out of the grief, time heals all. My 2 cents would be to be around friends and family, and have at least one friend with which you can openly talk about the whole incident. It helps a lot. You might not want it, but do try to lighten up your mood by listening to some music (not the sad kind ) and keeping busy in some of your fav past-times. Umm and breaking up a friendship over such matters is really silly. As I said, go with the flow. Time heals all.
