Dude, the questoon is whether you want an entire platform upgrade. You just complained about the upgrade cost, so I offered alternatives. You can quite literally get a 5600 too which would be miles ahead of a 1600. Or wait for the 5600x3d to launch. How much will the total cost of upgrade be to AM5? If it is not much higher than upgrading to 5800x3d, do that. With 4070, you will most likely be playing at 1440p or even 4k, 7600 will offer a huge upgrade over 1600. A 1600 with a 4070 is not at all a balanced build. If you don't want to spend to upgrade to AM5, just get a 5600 or 5600x. That will be a big upgrade as well and should pair well with 4070. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
