I had to ask the delivery boy if it's standard practice now to send electronics without outer packaging and he said all Ps5 he has delivered recently are like this only. Had to make full unboxing video cos I was sure something must be broken ? It's absurd on Amazon's part and frankly not acceptable. Vijay sales didn't had disc edition in stock. Croma said they are expecting in few days. Local Sony store had it but they weren't ready to open the box and let me check if disc drive is working or not. They said if there is an issue I have to go to Sony service center for replacement which God knows how many days it will take. So went with Amazon as they have 7 day replacement policy and in my experience if second replacement is also faulty they refund the money.
