Ok here is the confirmation about Loading Screens

 

R* said there is no Loading in between interiors and extiriors and there will only be loading during cutscenes, and imagine if you respawned at a hospital without a loading time, it would be like teleporting.

GTAIV for PC very Doubtful

 

Okay, who here isn’t crazy for GTA IV? Seriously. 360 fans running a muck about it and their DLC with PS3 fans going crazy over finally playing one of the most anticipated titles to date. Even the PC crowd is joining in on the action and asking about when it’s likely GTA will come for the PC (e.g. 12 months+).

 

We hate to ruin the party for all the PC hopefuls out there, but Rockstar has something to say and you might want to sit down for this:

 

"As for GTA IV coming out on the PC, that’s very doubtful as we currently have no plans to develop for the PC. We could only focus our efforts extensively on so many consoles at once, and PC might not see the light of day."

 

And the music stops. The DJ’s headphones pop out at the PC party crowd as the record warps a bit back. It’s dead silent. Nobody move.

How can you guys (who already have GTA 4) take time off to post impressions, videos, news about the game? Once I start playing I don't think I'll put down the controller unless I really really have to.

Ok one serious question here(as usual i will be dissing the game but pls bear with me)

 

A game with an open city to play in, and lotsa sh*t to do, how in hells name can it have graphics better than average, esp after what we have seen in Gears, MGS....blah blah......

 

GTA on PS2 almost made me puke my guts out in the graphics dept. ...but i wasnt complaining, but it reaches the epitome of fanboyism when somebody says ....ooooohhhh GTA screenshot graphics just made me weep .....waaaaaaaaa......

 

erm...am i mistaken?

who said GTA is just a Game? Its 'Living' ppl.. Yes the game is total living as if in real life.. it sucks u in completely with the Huge City, Cool Niko, Funny Roman.. omggg we cannot ask for a better game.. guys its completely mindblowing and it has that realism.. the mobile phone is crazy... hooked up to the game completely.. gotta enjoy every bit of it.. there are tons of things to do..

You haven't checked out any trailers or gameplay vidoes yet? The game really does look good! More so in the gameplay vids than the trailers cause in the trailers they focus up close on the characters and if you've seen the high res textures in a game like GeOW, the ones in GTA will look kinda shitty.

 

But the gameplay vids are simply breathtaking. The dynamic lighting, car models, character physics.. all of them combined will make you weep with joy...
