how is tht possible dude?? i used health cheat by mistake n later loaded my last save. the cheats did not show up on the cell phone. i guess u have auto save turned on or something n you were using cheats at that time. i suggest u delete the save file from ur console and restart the game if u havn't gone too far.

k i give up. am at 98.33%. did all the (god damn) activities with all my frens, met 13 characters.. still dont know what i left out.

many websites say there's a total of 14 characters, and out of that 4 can be passed. i think i've met all the required characters. still jst to be sure am roaming around the city n doin the activities with friends again.

Okay, it's time I started contributing to this thread. I've played the game for about 12 hours now. Currently doing missions in the Bohan area...

I must say the game is quite addictive and it's mainly it's because of Niko Bellic. He's by far the funniest lead character in a GTA game. I never really liked San Andreas because I just couldn't get myself to like CJ and most of the characters. But I'm really loving the characters in this game. The script is quite quirky and had me laughing out loud a number of times. I also like how each time you can have an unique conversation with people during driving. The plot is also by far the best in the series.

The game looks good for the most part but definitely far from the graphical stunner it appeared to be during the first trailer. Still there's enough eye candy and fancy effects on display. I would say it's slightly better looking than Saints Row. The frame rate is also not very consistent...

Gameplay wise this is the best GTA I've played (and yes I've played all of them), for once I'm glad that there are a lesser number of things to do. It just got too overwhelming in the last game. I love the cellphone feature and I love to play around with the options. The cars handle quite well and *feel* right compared to the previous games. This is one thing I was worried about, but thankfully Rockstar didn't disappoint. The mini games are fun, especially Pool. The Wanted level system seems to be "inspired" by the Scarface game and I'm glad because that's one thing I liked about Scarface.

I am however disappointed with the cover system and overall gunplay. I've never really been a huge fan of the gunplay in the GTA series and IV isn't really going to change my mind either. The cover system is dodgy at best. Also, most missions involving shooting start out with you in the center and bad guys shooting at you from every direction. By the time you find cover and are actually able to "take" cover, you're health/armor is already halfway down. The guns however feel much better than the previous games.

During the previews I was actually quite happy to know that IV will allow you to instantly replay a failed mission but finding out that you have to pay money to replay a mission was a major bummer. That forced me to just load a previous save and start over instead, which is pretty much like the previous GTAs. The autosave feature is a good addition though because there is nothing more frustrating than finishing a tough mission and having a power cut while driving back to the save point.

Overall, I love the game. It is truly the definitive next gen sandbox game (for now).

There isn't much you can do with the money anyways.

Besides after a certain mission you won't have to worry about the money anymore.

As far as I know, GTA3, GTA:VC and GTA:SA prevent you from getting 100% completion if you ever use a cheat and then save game. This was before the Achievement system, so that could be blocking your 100% completion. Even if you manage to complete all the tasks, it will still not say 100% on your stat screen.
