I really miss a lot of the stuff they had in the last game. I mean wouldn't it be REALISTIC to have a parachute in a helicopter? Come on :/

Actually all of his performances in the game are exact copies of his earlier live action performances. You can find videos of the same on YouTube. It would've been nice to see some original material specially made for the game..

Finished it. I loved the setting, the city was a brilliantly executed concept. The missions on the other hand were insanely repetitive. Every mission was simply go to Point A, shoot/kill people, drive away/loose wanted level. Again I know this is GTA and I was not expecting Katamari Damacy but for gods sake would it have killed them to have some variety in it. SA had the toy battleground, the mafia guy you had to scare tied to the hood of your car, driving a bike alongside a train, driving one plane into another. This had nothing.

 

I tell you one thing the DLC had better show some creativity or else after 30+ hours of doing the same s**t the DLC can f**k right off.

 

BTW another thing I noticed if you drive a car over a fire your tire catches fire and then explodes. This I noticed after about 25 hours of playing. Says something when a game manages to surprise you after 25 hours. Fantastic setting.

 

And no Tank. WTF?? Here is hoping the DLC fixes that.

I found that out the hard way. Me and a few friends were going to do just a normal free roam race on the airport stretch and then me being the stupid person I am started to burnout with my Infernus which was destined to win, then by the time everybody got there and the race was going to start pop went my tires.

 

Everybody just flew past me,

even the scooter.

 

 

 

Anyways, beat the story mode last night. I thought the closure wasn't there, it could have been a bit more composed and the ending seemed a bit rushed and randomly compiled.

Exactly. I have 100% in Vice City and San Andreas and I enjoyed it. Once you finish doing them you would have traveled exhaustively to almost all parts of the map. I`m still at measly 34 % right now.

Something funny happened to me a little while back. My niece (4 years old) often watches me play. I was playing GTA and I ran across the toll booth on the bridge, I stopped to pay the toll and my niece immediately recognised what was happening.

 

"Are you paying the toll?"

 

To which I said "Yes I am".

 

The next question was

 

"Are you going to gurgaon?"

 

 

BTW 75 percent done and I think I am done with the game. Finsihed the story line, stunt jumps, Brucie delivery, Jacob delivery and a couple of other mission types. I would have gone for the 100 percent but I realised the pigeons would be too much of a chore and its more fun messing about in Crackdown than its in GTA.

 

So the game goes to cold storage till the DLC.
