it will be kinda hard to wait .......but it wont seem that long coz of all the other kickass games coming sep-march.....but after dat,gta dayxz will come bak when you can spend an entire day trying to jump off the tallest building, using the tank cheat n blowing severy1 up, or doin the missions n hearing sum guys abusing the life out of each other......

 

the gud ole dayz will come bak once again

^^QFT dude, once GTA 4 releases, all other games will cease to exist. Rush to finish the story, side missions, complete the game 100%, find the secrets, find that place where u can't go, how to rake in some extra cash, hundreds of tips n tricks....man, hardcore video gaming will be at its all time high !

 

and a bonus for x360 owners will be the extra content as well - this game alone is enuf to keep me busy for atleast 2 months !

:: The crowds are extremely realistic: you'll see pedestrians buying newspapers at a kiosk, smokers are loitering on corners - some of them might even ask you for a lighter as you pass by.

:: Taxis won't immediately stop in front of you when you whistle or hail one down. Sitting at the back seat gives you an interior view of the vehicle from the first-person. Press A to skip the travel and arrive immediatey at detination. Press X to make the cab drive twice as fast, for twice as much money. Press Y to exit the taxi. Use the right analog stick to move the camera

:: The Jamaican weapons dealer, Little Jacob, must be coerced while going through your tasks. He's got a whole stash of fire power in his trunk and will do business once you establish a good relationship with him.

:: For the first time ever, calendar days are going to be accounted for in the game; individual work days will also affect your gameplay.

:: Protection from gun spray will vary depending on what type of material you hide behind.

Good news for everyone who's been waiting for Grand Theft Auto IV: the UK PlayStation site has been updated and it looks like the game's release is finally on the horizon. According to the site, Grand Theft Auto IV will be released on October 2007. Oh hey look at that, it's this month, whaddaya know.

 

This site only offers game details relevant to the UK so we're really not sure whether or not the date will have any bearing on the US's own. Also, the update info was from the PlayStation site so we also don't know how this would affect the Xbox 360 version.

 

At any rate this should come as good news all around for everyone who's been anticipating the title for some time now after having to endure its delays and controversies since this at least means the game is well under way to be released.

 

The UK site is currently featuring the trailer: "Looking for that Special Someone." To avoid spoiling it for you, you should head on over there and take a peek for yourself. Enjoy.
