maxus
the graphics processor of xbox is much better than that of ps3..and that the euphoria engine supports xbox over ps3. I think there may be few glitches or error in texture loading. anyway i look forward to this game...but it will look best when it comes out for pc in next quarter. Tyler
^^ Man, you're really sucking the fun out of RDR by trying to "finish it" rather than enjoying it. You've completed about 25% of the story btw...
spindoctor
i'd say more than 25% but yea, don't be in a hurry to finish it. no point.

shad0wprince
I have just completd Dutch man's mission where Dutch commits suicide by jumping from hill. After tht wht are those stupid family missions why did they leave such junk missions at the end Is there anything else to do after these i dont see any names getting highlighted on the map So does this mean i have completed the game. I just fail to understand how you and some others are calling the 'family' missions at the end things like 'stupid', 'irritating' and 'junk'! Can't you possibly see what they're meant for? Those missions show us so much about the character of the protagonist!
Nemo
i am with ya man ^^ at first i too was and at them 'family' missions but never hated them but once the real ending rolls, you can understand what they really meant. They showed a time where marston was finally at peace, doing all what he ever wanted.. his life was perfect, it made his death all the more sad; also alternatively you could see the missions as training of jack so you could play as well with him as u did with his pop
shad0wprince
Exactly! First of all, the whole story of the game is based around John fighting for his family. So, not showing them closely would defeat the whole purpose of the game.
Right
Created and directed by John Hillcoat (the director of The Proposition and the Road), this short film chronicles a slice-in-time of protagonist John Marston as he tracks down his former outlaw and friend, Bill Williamson. Along the way, Marston encounters many of Red Dead Redemption’s eclectic cast of dreamers, misfits and liars. http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/games/offers/0bbf0072-0000-4000-8000-00005454082b?cid=SLink

Man In The Box
Have been playing Red Dead Redemption for around 1 hour and so far I haven't been quite impressed. The graphics aren't all that great and the story is moving kinda slowly. However, I do believe the game is going to pick up later. I have a query. There are these 'wanted' people in Armadillo and we get a bounty for bringing them back either dead or alive. Now I can never understand how to bring them back alive. After I usually kill the few gang members accompanying the 'wanted' person, I go to him and try to beat him up with my hands but I never get an option of either dragging him to Armadillo on my horse or anything like that. Hence after some time I have no choice but to simply kill him and search his body to prove that he is dead. Any idea on how I can capture them alive ?
