THE DIRECTOR Posted December 4, 2007 Report Share Posted December 4, 2007 M$ can say " we know.... were sorry....blah....blah....blah" but then, all the consoles coming out now are still getting RRoD. what there excuse.................... its like they haven't learn't from there mistakes. plus even if u get a warranty, and u get rrod............. they probably send u back a console that will rrod with in minutes. so there repair service is even worse than there hardware. (not sure about ms india.......... its more based on US and UK info................) before some moron goes on a fanboy rant. i own both the ps3, 360 and wii. but before i came to india, i asked MS if i can use my console in india. blah...blah and if the warranty is in tacked, the f**kers said yes. now i mailed them as well, just to check......... i sent the mail to them in june.............. but alas 4 months later i get a reply, say "no....... warranty in now void as its been taken out of the UK" so i paid £60 extra for 3 year extra insurance......... and i get arse raped by them f**kers. where as my ps3. got offered world wide insurance for 5 years for £40. i should have bought that here instead. LMAO while i did my final thesis at home, them f**kers did it in the queue. but in the end....... i won. i got the highest mark in the year and got to come to India, where as dumb and dumber, failed. moral: DO YOUR WORK BEFORE A LAUNCH OF A VIDEO GAME CONSOLE. oh.... and don't take drugs.................... ermmmm............ yep, thats it. Go back and read this thread from the beginning to know more and then call M$ India's helpline to get the details of the Australian service center. I used to get a RROD sometimes but I think this time it was permanent and I have called MS and spoke to the asian guy. Whenever I got a RROD I checked the error code and everytime I got the 0001(power supply) error.
