I had my console showing 3 ring of lights as red, upper right was not showing any color. It is RROD right? I waited for few minutes, restarted and voila, it works again ! Damn what crappy hardware... DevilsOwn Posted March 5, 2009 Report Share Posted March 5, 2009 ok.. am officially pissed now. my RROD-ed xbox was exchanged yesterday. i wasnt around so couldnt check it. Tried to switch it on but the 3 rings are still there (with the new exchanged console). I noticed that the power light is orange, could that be the reason? and if that is so, will M$ exchange the power brick? and that too so soon after the console exchange.
