I think this is what is happening from last one year or even more. The thing in US is that they give you an empty carton, then it goes to the factory for check and if everything is alrite then they send you a replaced console. Thats not the RROD. You get those red rings due to a power trip/surge. I get them a ton of times. Its nothing to worry about. Its not because you had your 360 on for a long time, I have it on for the entire day and nothing happens. Im very sure that a power trip caused it.
