So, if didn't occur to you that IGN's video on YT is only 1080p and has terrible game capture bitrate footage?

How is the gameplay?

Combat is tough or for some it may take some time and practice to become used to.. else it's easy to grasp, don't expect ubisoft level of treatment, it's more like RDR level.

It's not the screen, it's his pony eyes.. he only see PS games worthwhile. But unfortunately he won't be getting much this year.

RDR was in third person though, does the first person camera work ? I saw one fight video where only a section of screen is visible (assuming it was done to simulate that the guy was wearing a helmet/visor) ? Doesn’t that give motion sickness ?

I'm pretty affected with motion sickness, but this haven't gave me any yet, so it's good. The game's quality is near RDR level, I've been doing several side quests and they're damn interesting.

The combat isn't as easy like you can take out dozens of bad guys without a sweat, the first person gives you nearly exact simulation of real life sword combat, which is pretty interesting. It might take sometime to used to but once it clicks, you'll have as fun as third person mode.

This game is a tier above the rest, imo. Its "side quests" are better than most games' main quests. Its "tasks" are better than most games' side quests.
It follows naturally that its main quests are GOAT. :majesty:
I have 48 hours logged so far. I'm quite loving this game but man I hate work, I just want to be losing all my groschen on the dice, picking herbs, getting bucked off pebbles and peering down every female npc's blouse I come across.
Instead I have to flick between spreadsheets to maintain the illusion of me working. :samui:

Side quests in KCD 2 don’t feel like side quests at all. Such a well written game. GOTY

I still can't believe why reviewers gave it 7s and 8s to this, it deserves a freakin 10s everywhere. 50+ hours in already and I've not done a single main quest because the side quests are so amazingly crafted.
