I spoke to my usual dealer in the greymarket,

he said the reason why the PS3 games are priced at par with the white market is that they have not yet found a way to crack the ps3 nor its games

the only option to get a game is the original and when showroom can charge 2500 for a game we charge 2200 which is hardly 10%.

And the distributors are the same for both white and greymarket.

guys before you make an order in shopto make sure you have the pound and not the euro preference selected on the middle right of your screen, i noticed a difference of atleast Rs200 in the currency conversion ie pound is cheaper when compared to euro after conversion to Rs. looks like they hav marked up the price in euros.

Any place i can buy it in Mumbai?

Waiting a long time to get my hands on MGS 4

Apparently the platinum is a Euro only edition as of today and not yet scheduled for US/Can/JP, so even if it makes its way in to India, the price will be more than the present edition available here ie some 4000 bucks. I dont know how the economics here work, but platinum edition in India means rip the customer off his pants :fear:
