Avoid BSNL/MTNL, they are the worst also, the speeds could be anything from 256kbps and beyond but make sure its unlimited i am using tata 256kbps unlimited plan costs 700 rs. i never seen 256 kbps on speedtest for some reason they talk some bullshit 1:8 thing (i have seen no other isp) the maximum speed i have got is 200 kbps they dont come out with cheaper options for higher speeds and i am now considering changing to another ISP.
