There's the Every Game Thread which works. There is also the search function which works much better than going into a particular consoles' subforum and browsing page after page. If a member doesnt respond to a PM within 3-4 working days ask them to return the game and boot them out. Also its not a bad idea to actually gather the phone numbers of library members into the database, I am sure people wont object to that. Only the library mod would have access to them.
