When i am trying to play gta iv on my ps3 i get that msg(you cannot play this game in the current vido settings ) . My ps3 console is from america . I have a hdtv but i connect my ps3 and tv with av cable . My game gtaiv is pal hd and when i play it i get this msg . Noctis Posted February 23, 2009 Report Share Posted February 23, 2009 Since your console is NTSC, you could encounter problems when playing PAL games in SD resolution. Just get an HDMI cable for around 500 rs and it will work perfectly. Either way playing with PS3 on an HDTV on SD resolution is one of the most stupid things you can do. blackheart2925 Posted March 26, 2009 Report Share Posted March 26, 2009 gold plated cable has the gold plating on the exposed ends unlike the nickel plated ones...the major difference is the quality of wires inside the cable...thicker, better quality, resistance to interference, shielding etc... in hdtv, gold plated cable should supposedly give better picture quality...
