AlphaD Posted February 24, 2009 Report Share Posted February 24, 2009 Over at the Codemasters forums, Gavin “Uncle Chewy” Raeburn, CM’s Exec Producer, posted the first “render” shot from their new development, F1 2009. The track depicted in the shot is the Spa-Francorchamps race track. The are using prototype laser scanning software to render their tracks, and it has resulted in the picture below. Its Spa-Francorchamps Laser scanning allows for a higher level of accuracy, rather than using GPS type scanners. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I really hope they can release this game by August and that shot from laser scan is cool but they should soon release a proper screenshot.
