Some of you will buy stuff especially the latest Switch 2. They will keep giving you false promises of delivery within 1-2 weeks. After no delivery more than a month, their refund "team" claim that they have funds issue as products are stuck/seized at customs and need more time. It used to be good but not anymore. Heard some rumors that it is under new management recently. I did bought few items from them ( 2 years back ) when the site was still with original owner and everything was smooth as butter. But yeah, I ain't even looking towards it now. Nowadays, I keep seeing multiple reddit posts about the site, complaining about lack of communication or not getting a refund. Didn't even realise it got sold off to someone else. Never responded to any queries regarding the delayed shipping despite having ready stock. But once I asked to cancel the order, he replied instantly and refunded.
