gooner4life Posted September 20, 2007 Report Share Posted September 20, 2007 It is the 5th day since I complained about my defective xbox, but I haven't still got any call from microsoft regarding the replacement of my console... I am just not able to understand why are they taking it so long to exchange the console?? Has anybody else got his console exchanged? If yes, then how much time did it took?
